4.	When should I scan? Immediately after service is completed on the load
5.	What do I do with the documents after they are scanned? Carriers should retain documents until payment has been received and processed
6.	How do I know what pages were scanned? A confirmation receipt will arrive in your email confirming delivery of documents. You may use the unique confirmation number to access your documents online for 14 days at www.transfloexpress.com
7.	How do I know that my paperwork was received? You will receive an Email confirmation and then images can be viewed online for 14 days at www.transfloexpress.com. Type the confirmation number to review images.
8.	Can TRANSFLO $Velocity scan all sizes of documents? From the smallest to no larger than 8.5"x14"
9.	How can I obtain the software? The software is located at www.jbhunt.com. Hover over "carriers". Select carrier scanning software. You will be directed to the TRANSFLO $Velocity site to download software. Upon download you will need to register. After registration you are ready to submit your documents. The entire process takes just a few minutes.
