Drivers within J.B. Hunt's truck operating group enjoy experienced based pay rates, which may
vary depending on length of haul. Drivers are also eligible for a monthly performance bonus of up to 2 cents per mile.
Drivers will find great earning potential in J.B. Hunt's Dedicated Contract Services. With an
average W2 of more than $50,000 in 2009, DCS not only offers stability in job duties, but in pay as
well.
J.B. Hunt's Intermodal operating group offers drivers experienced-based mileage pay, as well as
activity based pay with select opportunities. And Intermodal drivers enjoy strong earnings with
outstanding averages.
